Chief Executive Officer
Geoffroy van RaemdonckHe / Him / His 

As the visionary leader in Neiman Marcus Group’s (NMG) integrated luxury retail transformation, Geoffroy van Raemdonck is enabling strategic and performance-driven business decisions at NMG, encouraging and fostering innovative thinking, and leading NMG’s growth strategy, Revolutionizing Luxury Experiences across stores, e-Commerce, and remote selling. Geoffroy was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Neiman Marcus Group in February 2018. During his tenure, he has turned the business trajectory positive, built a leadership team committed to digital excellence, and enhanced NMG’s unique ability to serve customers while Leading with Love at the highest levels to drive new, global growth. He has prioritized Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards throughout the organization and fostered an inclusive NMG|Way culture powered by the concept of Belonging and making life extraordinary. Early in his role at NMG, Geoffroy oversaw the management of MyTheresa, doubling its revenues which led to its successful initial public offering. In 2020, he led the company through a successful restructuring and debt-reduction plan, enabling investments in the company’s digitally-enabled future.

Geoffroy has built a career driving performance improvements and digital growth platforms at several prominent luxury brands in Europe and the United States and is deeply passionate about the art and beauty of luxury fashion. Prior to NMG, Geoffroy served in leadership roles at Ralph Lauren and Louis Vuitton and was Chief Executive Officer of St. John Knits. Earlier in his career, he advised consumer and brand-driven companies at The Boston Consulting Group in the New York, Chicago, Paris, and Brussels offices and served in senior roles of increasing responsibility at L Brands.

A native of Brussels, Geoffroy graduated summa cum laude from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium with a master’s in business and sciences. He later obtained an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1998.

He currently resides in Dallas, TX with his husband and two children. He serves on the board of the Dallas Symphony Association and American Composers Orchestra Boards as well as a member of the Fact Company Impact Council.

President of Neiman Marcus and Head of NMG Customer Insights 
Ryan RossHe / Him / His 

Ryan Ross serves as President, Neiman Marcus (NM), responsible for leading the company’s iconic brand and Customer Insights for the group. As a values-driven leader, he oversees the customer-centric business across the luxury retailer’s three facets of integrated retail: in-store, online, and remote selling.

In August 2022, he was appointed President of Neiman Marcus, in a new dedicated role established to drive a seamless brand and customer experience supporting the brand’s strategy – The Luxury of a Relationship. Ryan brings his deep experience in these areas with previous leadership roles focused on integrated channel strategies, merchandising, marketing and customer migration.

Prior to joining NMG, Ryan was President of Williams Sonoma, where he was responsible for driving cross-channel product channel strategies, customer growth and evolving the relevancy of the brands. He previously held the position of EVP Marketing and Digital at HSN through the company’s acquisition by QVC. He also held leadership positions at Harrods, Pottery Barn and Gap, Inc.

Ryan received his B.S. in Management and Marketing from the University of Oregon.

He resides in Dallas with his husband, Robbie, and their three dogs. He is an advocate for The Trevor Project, No Kid Hungry, and Habitat for Humanity.

President of Bergdorf Goodman and Head of NMG Product & Technology
Darcy PenickShe / Her / Hers 

Darcy Penick serves as President of Bergdorf Goodman (BG), leading its strategy, Setting the New Standard in Luxury, across its iconic flagship stores on New York City’s 5th Avenue and unlocking the brand’s online potential. Darcy also oversees the NMG Product & Technology organization, bringing deep leadership experience throughout her career in digital-led customer strategy and proven history of execution excellence to lead group-level product & technology teams.

In August 2018, Darcy joined NMG with two decades of strategic and executive-level experience in buying, planning, marketing, digital innovation, and customer engagement. Darcy started her retail career with NMG in the merchandising organization in several roles across Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. She was also a merchant for Saks and then joined Shopbop, a fashion subsidiary of Amazon, where she rose through executive roles and became Chief Executive Officer in 2015. There, she helped the company amplify customer engagement globally and became a leading name in e-commerce contemporary fashion.

Upon joining BG, Darcy introduced an enhanced data-driven and brand-centric approach to BG and introduced the first BG app and a newly launched in February 2020. In spring 2022, Darcy oversaw the inception of NMG’s strategic partnership with Farfetch, resulting in a $200 million minority investment by Farfetch in NMG to accelerate the integrated luxury retailer’s growth and innovation through investments in digital and technology capabilities. Darcy will also oversee the strategic replatforming of the Bergdorf Goodman website and mobile app that will continue to evolve its digital customer experience and serve online customers globally for the first time.

As Darcy also has group responsibility for Enterprise Technology, Product and Analytics, she is focused on the delivery of critical investments in our supply chain and related system upgrades,  in proprietary technology like NMG Connect tools and Stylyze personalization, as well as ongoing investments in enterprise technology and enhacing site experiences across banners.

Darcy received her B.A. in Peace and Justice Studies at Wellesley College.

She currently splits her time between New York City & upstate NY, and she serves on the board of the Fifth Avenue Association. She enjoys entertaining, gardening and raising animals.

Chief Merchandising Officer, Neiman Marcus 
Lana TodorovichShe / Her / Hers

Lana Todorovich serves as Chief Merchandising Officer of Neiman Marcus (NM). In this role, she leads the luxury retailer’s growth strategy, The Luxury of a Relationship, focused on architecting holistic brand and business portfolio strategies and investments, developing strategic brand partnerships, creating curated fashion and lifestyle assortments and exclusive luxury experiences in stores, online and sales-assisted channels. Lana joined NMG in 2019 with a proven record of delivering performance and innovation, evolving organizational culture, and expertise in leading P&L for large-scale businesses. She formerly served as President of North America Wholesale at Ralph Lauren as well as President of Global Brands Group.

Lana received her B.A from the University of Arts in Belgrade and serves on the boards of Fashion Scholarship Fund and Runway of Dreams Foundation.  She was awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, presented to individuals of outstanding qualities in their personal and professional lives. This iconic award is memorialized in the United States Congressional Record.

She currently resides in New York with her husband.
